I'm very sorry, but if you ask to be a forum mod, the answer will be no. I already have several awesome mods right now who do their job very well, and I don't need any more at this time. It's nothing personal, either, it's just that I choose mods based on when I need them, not how much I like them.
As for helping out, just checking the site regularly and contributing a lot is nice. Also, you can go here and see if there's anything you can do, which would be amazingly awesome of you.
