My cousin's having a lot of trouble, and asked me for help with her new IPod Nano.

When she loads her collection of .MP3 files onto her IPod, they don't show up anywhere on thescreen at all, nor start playing. I've checked the entire Apple.com site, and I still can't find anything on it. Why can't they have just a general FAQ?

Does it need to be restarted? Reloaded? Or does it all need to be re-boutght through a liscences program? (Does Ares count?)

If she didn't load those music files on via iTunes then they won't show up. It's kind of a pain, but that's just how it is. :/
Don't bother sending me messages or anything, I'm not in charge of the site anymore.

But I do love dancing.

Or if she is using iTunes, make sure she doesn't select "import" but rather "add to library"
What will you remember me for?

I had a problem with my Shuffle, but plugging it into a USB 2.0 port rather than a 1.0 fixed it. Maybe that's your problem?
thank you all for the good memories <3
