Bill Gates was once with Steve Jobs (CEO of APPLE)... Then he ripped off macs kernel and made some adjustments to make it look different. They were chaps in tha early days...

Whenever something new comes out there is always a controversy between who copied who (in this case) or whose product is better. I can't say i have enough knowledge to back up my statement, but I dont think Vista copied Mac.
