My forum problem

on my forum i have lost my admin powers. can any one help me get them back even if i have to hack my forum.
i use a free host
i use phpbb
my forum url is http://lyokolinks.iforumer.com/
i don't know how i lost my admin permissions but i think i was hacked.

How would you get hacked if that was your own website?
