Can't find where to create programs

I've been searching for this on my computer ,but I just can't find it. :no:
Behold Lyokodude has re-emerged from the darkness. I got tired of not being here. Lol.

Season 4 alert be prepared for it. Me adn my friend know everything about un-aired Avatar seasons. I want a moment to be real

You need a program to do it. What are you trying to make? You'll probably need either a compiler or a simplistic Game Creator for most projects people try. I recommend the game maker if you want a game unless you have a few months to learn programming.

lyokodude, next time you post something here, give more details on what your problem is. We shouldn't have to ask what you mean.
