Coding Virtual Reality

Who would like to participate in a project to code virtual machine(processor that's a program) which can execute code designed to run in virtual reality? What do you think about it? Have you thought about any ways of implementation?

So here you can post your own ideas how does the VR may look like. And use only possible and proven ways of computing, no black holes(however quantum computing may prove useful).

If I find anyone interested in programming it, the project may even START.

And I wish no one laughed at the project.

OK, I can show you a part of plan. Mainly differences, that differ it from real world:
- Eyesight 360 degrees(no will to play 3D engine features, that SLOWS it up)
- No color(for avatars, privilenged ones will see code)
- Avatars are damaged by destroying a part of their code. If the code is SO destroyed(ie. HP 0) that it can't perform any operation more, it dies(ha! It makes you kill avatars in DIFFERENT ways, not only bring it to HP 0)
- The code is mapped to space, so it can be destroyed.
