I just started working on this area of my site this morning. Im giving people interested in Code Lyoco thier own area on CodeLyokoForums.com to customize! Check it out! I think its a good idea, but it will take some time to make perfect.

That's a good idea, except for the fact that once you get a ton of members, it'll be hard to keep the spam level down. It will also be hard to keep people from putting up inappropriate pictures/text. Keep working on it, though! :D
