if you dont want those ads, try DynDNS . You will just have to host the forums on your computer's IIS Server. (Probably 6 or 5.1) Then install PHP. Dont forget you need to have IIS selected in windows components.

at the time, i had my own domain... so i didn't use DynDNS. But this is a solution if you dont want to pay for a domain name.
