Hey guys; I've taken some interest in the C++ programming language and have started to make a sort of an- emulator. It's a dos-based program. It's also only one file . I am thinking if I should use Visual Basic and add in a GUI or not.

I think your referring to CL Mush or something.... No, I believe they're two completely different things.
