The BKO thing

I am wondering how you make it that only certain people can get into BKO. I am doing something like BKO on my forum. I got the group set up, but I don't know how to make it that only that group can go into the thread.

Please help.
Joined in 2005, left 2008, came back July 2011

Used to been XANAcomputer/lyokolover.

Are you using PhpBB to set up the forum?

As for the BKO thing, I don't run a forum so I don't know actually how. But I'm sure it has to do something in the Administrative Pannel.
