how do i get a game off my dads computer onto my computer? i dont have money to get a flash drive and i dont have one. any clue on how i can get it to my computer?

There's is no need for this, just install the game on your computer through the disk, or from the internet, etc. You do need a removable device, you said before you have rewritable disks, so put your save files on there. Moving a game maually is impractical and reqires you to create a shortcuts and may not work right due to missing folders.
