Not sure if this is rant-worthy, but here goes:

I met an individual on Neopets a while ago and we were good friends. After we dropped Neo, we stayed in contact every day through MSN and later through a new diary site. We talked about relatively random things.

Well, we both designed stuff for the diary site, so she figured that we should have a website instead. She already had the domain name. I offered to make her a layout for the site; she said yes. I tried to make something that'd work according to what the site would be used for. I made it and she said it was completely wrong...that it couldn't be used, that HER design would be so much better because of "some program".

So she made the site and I went to look at it. It was good except for the navigation bar...the text on it didn't match at all and it was really bulky...didn't fit the "delicate, graceful" look that the rest of the site portrayed. I told her so...and she got offended...decided to remove me from the design group, block me, and essentially pretend that I was a good-for-nothing loser.

When I confronted her, she said that I was...well, fill in your own favorite terms for what she called me and it'd probably be right.

Essentially, she's done this same sort of thing to everyone. If they do one thing wrong, she turns them into horrible people and goes to find someone else to whine to until they anger her...just a continuous cycle.

I understand that I was annoying...and that I probably shouldn't have said anything. But I still think she took it way too seriously and offensively.

Bascially, I hate her guts now and I'm content with pretending that she doesn't exist as a good person.

I got the same feeling for some former friends I had. The thing was one of my Friends got an Administrative position and she had no past experiance with it. I blocked her out.

Well, maybe your friend though that you didn't have any experience with layouts, and said "Hey, I can't work with someone like this. They might cramp my style"

I don't think that was the case...she (and the rest of the diary site) were aware of my art site, Kaitou-Art. o.o;
