Depressed

God Ihate mylife right now. School is horrible, we're playing (bleeping bleep bleepen bleep) stupid (bleepen) games in P.E., I'm failing some classes and kids are (bleeping) mean. But this last week could have been worse I guess. I recently went to the doctor and they gave me some medicine to help with my migranes and stress/anxiety/tension. I've only had it a week and already I need a refill. I take about three a day, otherwise I get headaches from stress or whatever. I was going to get some anti depression medicine today but the doctor says I am to young! (BLEEP BLEEPING BLEEP!!!) *cough* I didn't actually say the curse words...

Gosh I am just sick of life and I'm only 14. I am surprised that the other day the thought of cutting myself flashed into my mind...

Oh and do any of you have a livejournal? I need some friends on there! :sad7:

I think you should find a hobby or some entertaining media, like a video game or a good book. It will most likely reduce stress and take your mind off of everything that's going on, and you'll have something to go to when you need to get away from it all.

That's all I can really say.

My friend David gets like this only he refuses medicine and stuff like that. Something he does that I think seems to help him is he goes to my friend Nicks house and hits his punching bag for a little while. For me I just calm down and watch a movie.

My friend Nick gets depressed like this. He's only 10, and he wants to kill himself.

You should calm down, and don't stress so much. Just like some other people said, read a book, play a videogame, or something... to get your mind off of this.

Think happy thoughts. :) Like waffles. o_O
