best advice is the most unfun. Ditch all sweets entirely for a while, contenue to excersise, only drink water, instead of 3 big meals do several meals (I perfer a can of tuna)

Also when I do Cardio, I don't do it by miles I do it by time. I currently do and hour of jogging on a treadmil. But thats me. Now take note I don't follow the above rules. I just try not to eat crap. Unfortunatly all that does is maintain your weight.

I used to think I was fat. A friend suggested tying weights to my wrists and feet and then just go about my buisness. I didnt do it. But in retrospect it seems like a good idea.

Listen bud, I'm 270lbs, and I don't even look overweight. I just look wide. Don't get tee'd off if your exercise dosen't work. I've done the same thing.

if you cycle 4 miles a day, then you can obviously cary yourself well, so is that really "fat"?
I read about a certain desiese that makes it so you can't lose weight no matter what (besides medical care) have you thought about that/

Medical care of that sort is very very expensive....Just be careful what you eat, and continue to exercise..thats about all you can do really.

If you try hard enough, you'll reach your weight-goal.

I don't even bother what with my entire 'being diabetic' thing. >>; So I'unno if my advice is valid. xD

Your advice is valid...Just keep up the exercise and good food habits..and you will see and feel a change. You will start feeling more energetic, and if you get more active, it will be even better.
