High expectations too high?

Okay, so nine weeks one is over, my grades are in, and I have two Cs, two Bs, and an A. I tell my mom about this, and she says"Well, I'm not ecstatic about it, but I'm not angry either." I mean, for christ's sake! Could she have been any less encouraging about it? Two of my brothers are failing their classes, and I show some decent grades, and she is about as blank and lifeless about it as possible! I know I have room for improvement, but sheesh, how bout showin' a little support? It just seems to me that she expects perfection, anything less is unacceptable to her!

Well You got a point but your bro's .How can I say this ,Needs the support .Like aeltia and jeremire mr and miss einstien .You don't really see a lot of showing off .One thing I learn't is to help not brag it's not fair for people.I'm a able cadet in the Sea cadets and a senoir member of my divesion .My job is to gudie the younger and less expeince cadets though the time as cadets and hopefully there will help orthers.Were I going is .saw you got good grades. Your mum is very prond in what you have done for you life ahead but want you need to do is help you bro's .You never know thier may be a point were you neeed help and you bro's would be there for you .Think about it .

wow! Are you kidding me! That's like the grades that i got! But, I gotta admit, it isn't fair that she just waves it off like that. She's only like that cuz she feels that with your bros doing bad, you're gonna do bad too. She was wrong, yet she still doesn't respond...

My folks instantly start complaining if i get only one C. Even if it's a high C, they still complain that I have to try harder, pay attention more, and do all my work. Anyway, try to raise those Cs up a bit and maintain a nice average, and see if she says anything.
