Okay recently i have better reflexes, can think more clearly, can think better, can see sharper. But the bad part is i get so mad easily, Like just recently i was actuly shaking from anger, and its usuly very little things that cause it. I dont even know why i get mad. someone just said okay 3 times and i got mad. It just angers me so much! Ive never started shaking from anger. This was my first time.

Things like that just happen. I wouldn't get worried about it. Use the good stuff to your advantage and don't get too down about your anger issues. Take deep breaths or count to 10 if that happens.

If I got worried from all of those future sights, intuition, heavy spacial awareness and having people think the way I want them to just by thinking about it myself, it doesn't bear thinking about how I'd be right now. Just don't worry about it.

It happens to everybody sometimes, don't worry about it.. It happens to me sometimes....What you can do is inhale for seven through your nose then hold it for seven and exhale for seven through your mouth. that should help you calm down. It helps me every time...

Errr... Truly no offense meant, but are you on something right now that could be causing the anger? It kinda sounds like steroids or something. Maybe I'm totally misunderstanding you. Anyways, I have the same problems sometimes (minus the shaking) and one thing you don't want to do is dwell on the source of your anger. Let it go as quickly as possible and bring up something pleasant in you mind to calm you down. Think about your favorite TV show or a funny joke you heard. Focusing on the anger makes it stronger, and over time it becomes increasingly difficult to control. Remember: You have control over your mind and emotions. Don't let them control you. It is a matter of willpower. You have to try and put yourself above anger and such negative states. Everytime you feel the anger coming on remind yourself that you are better that. Take a deep breath, exhale slowly, and release the anger. Maybe it sounds too zen but it works for me. :)

Hmm.... are you doing anything that can release that anger?
Maybe pick up a sport or two... or martial arts as well :D
I've been angry before too, and you just need to find your own outlet for it :)

The only way I'd be worried is if you took your anger out on other people or became violent. Other wise getting super angry once in awhile seems normal to me :)

Watch a comedy or listen to some angry music. That'll calm you down. It does for me.

you may want to have that looked at. or maybe youve been bottling the anger for too long and it needs a way out because you're not venting it. don't do that. that happened to my friend and he exploded and ended up looking like roadkill. I had to help pick him up off the side of the road. it was so painful for me.

Yeah, I sincerely don't mean to offend, but it does sound like you're taking some sort of substance that's really not agreeing with you. Obviously, I don't know, but if that's the case just drop the stuff and try to find help. If I'm completely off, I bet it's just regular stress. Just take a deep breath when you start getting angry and remember that you have to calm down for your health and not for the person that upsets you. If none of this helps talk to someone you trust. Go to a friend before you go to a head-shrinker, because shrinks care more about money than about actually helping you. Trust me.

Speaking of which, the CL kids really need to see a head-shrinker...

All right, that was a cheap gag. So sue me.

Actually, I wouldn't say that his anger flare-ups are caused by substance abuse. Anger is most often a reaction to stress, so if he's having to deal with a lot of stress (even if he doesn't realize it consciously), then he'll be more likely to have a temper problem.

The best thing to do is visualize the situation that you're in that's causing you to get angry, and imagine that you really do get angry in it (without acting on it physically). That will help you to release the anger without actually allowing it to take over.
