So my dad lost his job in April and he finally found one last week. He started on Monday. So I'm getting use to him not being home. His hours are 9 to 7. (He gets home usually at 9 or 10 cause of traffic) But now my mom is going to work at a schedule of 1:00 to 10. So now my both my parents will not be home and I don't know how to handle this.

You may be thinking I'm a seventeen year old spoiled brat. Well this is coming from a girl who was home schooled practically all her life and is use to seeing her parents all the time.

Now that's all going to be taken away. I don't have a job because I have no idea, nobody likes me. I don't even have a sibling...

I'll just be home alone. I go to school on my computer so I'm still stuck home no matter what.

Before you say call a friend or go over their house, I do not have a license yet, (both cars will be gone anyway) all of my friends live like 10 to 20 miles away. And I'm not allowed to call anybody without my parents being home.

Any ideas to keep me from burning down the house so my parents will have to stay home? Writing won't console me much longer.

Hope this was understandable and not some babble.

Don't worry, your not being a brat or illegible. :)
I'm Homeschooled too soI know what you mean about seeing your parents. After you get your work done, try building stuff with legos or Tinkertoys. If all else fails, you have us. :)

You like having your parents around? Me?(please don't be offended)Personally, I'm not too fond of my parents and often cherish the short times(like now) when they're not around.
EPIC FAIL!!

Lots of homeschoolers... Like, 4 or 5 others on this forum. Interesting. Didn't realize how many of us there were until now.

Anyways, are any of your friends also homeschooled? Maybe, if it's not too much trouble, your parents could drop you off a few days out of the week, or vice versa. You probably have, but join a few forums, play some video games, and research your school topics; that'll keep your mind off things for a good long while.

You could also try those free MMORPGs, or pay for one if you want. A few that I've heard are Rappelz, Last Chaos, and Xiah. You're constantly in communication with people; even if they're not in person, it does help.

Yeah, all of them are homeschooled. In the same school but we are all 1 grade apart. And I'm homeschooled on my computer... ( www.pacyber.org )

Well, I'd suggest maybee trying your hand at drawing, or getting a few good long books to read.

Excellent ideas. And if you are a n00b at drawing an image editing or w/e, we can be n00bs together... forever... :D
Nothing, and I mean nothing, beats a good long book. 'Cept for an equally good, equally long video game.

Well, watch TV for a while (like Code: Lyoko) or if you get a car in the near future, let your parents let you drive alone to your friends' house and leave a note.
