My brother, Bailey, is a spoiled brat!!! i.e., whenever I have something that's mine, and I'm using it, if Bailey wants it, my mom will make me give it to him, but if i want to use something that's mine or his, and he has it, my mom lets him decide, and it's always no. he's eight, for goddsakes!!! and he's still spoiled. Also, whenever He did something, he blames me for it!!! And I get in trouble! me: him: us:

Aww, I remember my older sister feeling the same way when we were younger. It's natural for these things to happen, and the trick is to try and handle situations like that maturely. Have you tried approching your mom after the fact, in a neutral manner? You could say something like, "Mom, I really feel like that was unfair..." She'll be much more likely to respond positively towards you if you show that you're trying to make things better for yourself and for her in a non-stressful way.

And remember, eventually these fights will stop and you'll be friends. You'll look back on these experiences and laugh!

I've tried. and it's actually my grandma(sorry) whose 50 and we live with her. She's started buckling down, but can't change him back, so she continues to spoil him.

I don't have any actual siblings, just step-siblings, but I know this annoying seven year old who's always either chasing me around trying to kiss me or telling me he's gonna kill me. Use my tactic: Ignore, then rant. My parents agree that he's a brat, but I just ignore him, then fume about it later to friends or my parents. His parents are completely oblivious to all this. For example: He's trying to hug me or something, so I put my hand on his head to hold him back. Five seconds lkater, his mom shows up and starts yelling at me for hurting him. He's a horrible actor, and his face isn't cute or anything, yet his parents always beleive him. Grr.

Me and my brother do have our times He calls me Ulrick and I call him Odd .As has we both are the character if you get the idea.But we both have the odd day when we hurt each orther I 16 and he 12 not a good marcth I feel that if he was not born my life would be happier .but he a brother like odd and ulrick there the good times and the bad times but they always pull though do there Do I have a point

Me and my sister don't get on at the best of times and she also is a spoilt brat who gets her own way because its easyer to let her that to listen to her tantrum for an hour!. i guess you just have to put up with it don't you though

I have a younger sister, who is spoiled as all can be, but I can usually put a "flaw" in her spoiledness. She can be annoying, but Im glad to still have her....(but at my house...I live alone, so I dont how I could help)

Ya know, killermusic900, eight years is old enough for a kid to take responsibility for his actions. Tell your mom that.
When I was like 5, I received the beating of my life for taking back a toy some selfish brat stole. They hit me because I made the kid cry.

If that doesn't work, try to make a video or audio tape or something that will prove your mother's bad attitude.

If both of these don't work, show your mom all the posts on this topic and maybe that'll show her that nobody should be treated this way.

Angelbolt, my uncle is like 60-somethinf and has a thirty-something girlfriend, who is a complete lazy bum. She leaves us to clear the table or clean up her room or do her work while she does yoga. She was visiting for a few weeks about two years ago. I'm glad she's gone.

Ha! Lucky. She yells and hit me because I wanted to take my GBASP with me in the car. I kicked her in the face. And in the balls *No!* And I told my mother. My mom encouraged me, and I got $20. My grandmother took it away and made me apologise. Then I got grounded for Lying to her face about apoligising.

And I'm banned from the Stickney family camp because She's going up there, and It's the one time of year I get to see my cousins, who watch Code Lyoko.

I'm always a fan of the walk-out method. When he starts to get his way, say something vulgar and leave out the back door, and come home in time for supper or when your mom has had time to think about it.

I have a next-door neighbor who think's she's my friend, but is more like an adopted niece. Her mom isn't a terrible person, but is under the impression that I am available 24-7 on thirty seconds' notice to take care of the munchkin. My mom plays right into it, too," Oh yeah, he can take her. Oh, certainly, he's good at math." Makes me mad, especially when she wants "help" with her homework (read: do it for me, it's too hard). She's so spoiled it's not funny, and wants the same from me as she gets from her mom....I've shut her up somewhat through brute force (like, throwing her outside and making her knock if she "forgets" the first time or picking her up and moving her out of my room or away from my stuff).
