So, my sister has cancer.

We'll find out how bad it is on friday, after the surgery to get rid of the basal cell cancer on top of her head... I really, REALLY am not in the mood for jokes, right now, I haven't been all week... and this is just terrible.

Send out some prayers for her, please... :no:

Oh my gosh... I am SOOO sorry... I'll send my prayers...

That's terrible... I haven't met anyone who had cancer, but from what I've gathered, It's no good news.
I've found new things in life and have moved on. Sorry to anyone who cared about me and considered me a friend, but I'm gone.
1. SP *heart*
2. I've been reunited with my old friends, including my (ex?)bf.
3. I'm just not that interested in CL as I was before.
Delete my account if you wish. :/

Dear Gods, how are they going to try to neutralize it after surgery? Chemotherapy sounds safest to me, but takes longer.

I really, truly hope that the surgery gets rid of it.

*hugs* I hope your sister gets better. I know how you feel; my dad had cancer last year. *sigh* Remember to stay positive even in the worst situations and feel free to IM if your worried or just want someone to talk to.

You know, assurance that you gonna be fine really helps in fighting illnesses. This rant is sad. The cancer is even more sad.

In continuance to what Darktemplar said, be sure to assure your sister that she'll be okay. If you can, keep her as optomistic as possible and comfort her as much as you can. The will to live can always keep your loved ones alive.

...cancer...I have much difficulty talking about. Much.

I'll be thinking about her, mainly on Friday. I hope all goes well, I've had a similar case before and I know how it feels. <3

For what it's worth, you and all of your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully the cancer can be treated quickly and effectively and your sister will be as great as ever. Best wishes; I hope all turns out well.

Please tell your sister I will pray for her everynight in hopes that God will see her through this horrible time in her young life. God bless her soul... ;__;

Oh my gosh, I know how you feel. I've known many people with cancer (1, because my mother is a cancer nurse and 2 because I have many friends and family who had/have it) and it really sucks. All you can do is hope and pray, so just hang in there. I'm praying for a speedy recovery!!!

Just a question, how old is your sister anyway??

Oh my... your sister has cancer...
Tell her that she has to stay positive. Everything she does must result in happiness. My grandmother had cancer, and she survived it by watching television and enjoying life. I'm sure your sister can survive, too, as long as she is happy and is confident that she'll survive.

Curse that POKEMON... (POKEMON is the cancer-causing gene; it was renamed to Zbtb7 because Nintendo sued them.)

Wow, She is in my thoughts and I hope she gets better, but remember don't let it get her down, otherwise you have already lost, never give up. Thats the only true way to win. I am sure she will get better.
