about 10 years ago or so i was raped. i had blocked it out for most of my life. but now blocking it out has made the flashbacks return. it hurts so much inside to know that the people that did this to me i had considered friends. i was only about 3 or 4 years. everytime i think about it i get nasous. my parents know. but i want to know how to forget the past and move on.

Well, I would suggest going to the police station. Ask for a pamphlet about the RADS classes. It's a rape aggression Defense Seminar, and very helpful.

My mom was raped a while ago, and she went. It made her very motivated and much more secure.

Thats so bad!! If I knew these people Id kill them!!!! Go with what AngelBolt said. Dont try so hard to repress things. It always just comes back to you harder Its always good to know how to defend yourself. There wasnt much you could do there. Crap like this happens. Remember dont repress it. thanx guys. (or should i say angelbolt who had the idea. the others thanks for agreeing) ive started to get over it. i basically just try to forget. plus i forgive the guys anyways. if there that much of a lowlife then they just need some forgivness. if i ever run into them in oh however many years i'll tell them that. but for now im just gonna go on with my life.
