Hello,

For those who were on the forum last october, you remember that I posted that my Grandma died on the 31st. Will its been almost a year and I can't keep myself from crying so is there anyway that I can get threw this?

Its perfectly normal to grieve...and there is no time limit on it...but here is one thing that can help...think of all the good times, and keep them in your heart...dont focus on the negatives of it. Celebrate the life she lived, she would want that rather than focusing on the death itself.

yeah not everyone always agrees, but we're here if you need us, even someone who displays almost no emotions like me, anyways having family member you care about pass on is hard, there's no way around it, so try to face it head on and there's nothing wrong with crying, releasing emotions is healthy, holding in isn't so always know you have not one but many shoulders to cry on
A lot of member have sigs that say"I'm a boy", or "I'm a girl", I refuse to join this trend.

I think I speak for everyone here when I say this. Take your precious time to grieve for her. I know it's hard, because all my grandparents have passed on. Just move on when you think you're ready. I also agree with Virtualized STI, think of the good times you had with her. That is what life's about, isn't it?
