What a way to damp my thoughts.
My mother just broke her toe. (I know sad right? Sort of) I feel really bad for her. She's going to go the doctor and I'm afraid of her getting into an aciddent from her Toe....Since she cannot move it at all.

I swear I'm about to cry....

Augh, and I've got so much stress right now I'm nauseous and my side (appendix) is hurting. When I get over workded it does that....

Honestly...there isnt much physically you can do...it will get better...and as far as for stress..take a nice walk or something...that should help.

Don't worry about it; I'm sure everything will be fine. Just be by her side and comfort her. Kind and comforting words (and maybe making breakfast for her ) would help her out.

As for yourself, don't be afraid to cry. As much as I try to keep up a manly and testosterone-full image up (for those who care, anyways), I do cry once in a while. I find it helps quite a bit. "...sometimes sadness can be beautiful." is something I've learned. Just take a seat with your mother, or alone if you prefer, and just talk to her about what's on your mind.

Everything will be alright, she won't get into an accident. If you need someone to talk to, I'm open for PMs if needed.

Your lucky my mum has done in her back .The ship on high standed plus My mum is in pain all the time.She's all ways work to hard.He back finally got he rdown for the count.Now it's all hands to battle stations and move out to get my mum better .That the mission and it still stands .Don't worry m8 things happen .All you can do it teamwork and family .
