Tookys wrongfully banned from chat by Doombringer Help me?

Hey today I was on the lyoko freak IRC chat I was talking with Warton and Doombringer and about 7 other user's but i got banned and I dont know why can you help me figure it out?

I PM Doombringer but it hase been 3 hours or so and he has sent no response and I am still banned.

Also remember all the quotes are are from what I can remeber of what was said not the actual text due to the fact that I cant retrieve those records.



This is what I can remember from the conversation.


(many of the users had been talking back and forth about comix and stuff they are doing on other sites )

(doombringer had changed his username from what ever it was to doombringer)

"changed name to doombringer"

(I typed) "I am so scared (sarcasticly)"

(Doombringer)"You should be"

(several of the other members typed stuff before I sent my message)

(tookys) "Why"

( I asked "why" because they had been talking about different accounts from different sites that they all seem to know each other from so I asked why because I thought it was something about him from another site.)

(other lines of text are writen)

(warton) "tookys don't be such a noob"

(tookys)"but i am a noob"

(more text is sent from varous people)

(Tookys) "Ok I'm sorry cant a guy make a joke"

(one of the other users) "No you can't"

(either warton or doombringer posted a long code or something)

(tookys) "( I typed something to try and explain why I said what I said)"

(doombringer) "should i go ahead since the code is in place"

(warton) "yes"

next my chat moved and said that I was banned

Please if i broke one the rules please tell me.


But I looked at the IRC rules list they are

and I didn't break any of those so please somebody tell me why was I banned. I cant find a single reasonable reason for it except for the fact of a wrongfull banning. The only rule that comes close is a Harrassment but that is way far from anything that I did.

(note: I was thinking of sending it to the IRC complaints desk but that requires the time codes of the complaint and since I am banned I cant get them and Doombringer isn't responding so I ask will you help me out here)

(P.S. If there is a actual reason for being banned i'll let be and go away, but I believ I was banned for no reason so I am determined to get unbanned.)

Alright then. Try on talking back to an admin for size. TWO of them.

Try spammy questions and messages. Not taking advice and shooting down everything we tried.

Try a general bottish attitude throughout your entire visit.

And if it may please the court, actual logs from the chat of the problem areas.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Sarcasm can be taken MUCH the WRONG way online, whether or not it's marked. This is especially true if it's involved in talking back to an admin of the chatroom, and not just me, but Warton. And this was just the tip of the iceburg. I'm not even bringing in the black plague thing (no matter how squick it is, it's irrelevant), nor am I going back to your past visits, which also involved spammy text with little regard to grammar (which is a rule both here AND in the chatroom, which I KNOW you've been warned about) and bottish attitude.

By the way, I'm a girl. And if I don't reply for 3 hours to a PM, it happens. It's called life. Patience. Learn it. Use it.

By the way, each channel on IRC can, and usually do, have their own rules. #LF is one of them. I'd like to think they're common sense, and all have been covered here, as well as elsewhere on this very board.
