Neighbor

So a few years ago my neighbor moved a few streets away and began renting out the old place. This is the 3rd person who has moved in and I can't stand her! She's young, in her 20s and has 3 dogs and who knows how many boyfriends (I've seen them). She's a pig and now the outside of the house is a mess (garbage, screen door's broke, don't even get me started on the fence...) and usually that wouldn't bother me but when we have to go out and fix her fence because her dogs keep getting out (we have little kids in the neighborhood) it's pretty annoying. People have called the cops on her dogs and boyfriends many times (animal control too) but they haven't done anything. She's been living there for about a year now. The old neighbor is a friend of my mum's so I always hear her talking about how much she wants the girl out but she's still there. The dogs have gotten out God knows how many times and once chased a kid down the street until my mum called it so it would leave her alone and come bark at us. She would always be arguing with her boyfriends and keep me up late at night (that's not so bad anymore) even if I closed my window. I'm just so fed up with her that next time I'm about to call the cops myself!!!! I know others have but everytime I say something my parents are all like 'Well I don't want to get her in trouble.' or 'they'll take the dogs away!' but then they go on complaining! I can't take it any more!

Ugh, I HATE bad neighbors.
Go straight to yout neighbor, and tell her if she doesn't manage her animals, you will call the police. Honesty is the best policy.

I'm this close right now to going next door, knocking politely, and asking our neighbor to "PLEASE SHUT THE HELL UP AND STOP SCREAMING AT YOUR KIDS, D*AMMIT!" Seriously. The only thing stopping me is fear of getting shot. >_> I've called the cops once on her, and I'll do it again. Jeez... I know how you feel, mate.

I would but I don't want to get grounded for getting envolved in something I have a right to. kamekai that really bites. I'm sorry you have to put up with that. Feel bad for the kids too.

Believe me I've tried but we just end up fighting (and naturally since I'm the kid - I lose) even though they agree with me. They'll talk but they won't take action.

Persuasion is your ally. try to show them how necessary it is to report her.
If you can graph, show the rise/fall of attacks bu the lady's dogs.
Marshall your facts, dislay your evidence, make a case.
It's how I persuaded my Mom games rated T weren't Grand Theft Auto.

My neighbors are a bit bad, but I stick with them no matter what. God said so.

Wow! That is pricey! I know God said that (I'm Christian ^ - ^) and in a way I am. My main concern is for my little sister and the little girl across the street. They got out this morning and were growling at her and her mum so they came over to our house because she had locked the door (She jumps in the car for work as soon as the bus leaves) and she was scared. The girl has been warned for over a year now.
