I would say that OF COURSE it has potential. The main thing is to make the story line really interesting, and to cast it well.

Well if they do plan a movie like that, Moonscoop should have a say in that idea and I agree they should make it right and you know, if a live action CL movie gets a summer release; it could become a summer blockbuster.

Meh - I can't see a live-action CL having the same appeal, not just yet anyway - I mean, it's harder to redub live action than animation - and the characters wouldn't be the same without you guys - I mean, no-one can express Ulrich's moodiness and general 'I'm obsessed over Yumi but don't have the guts to make it clear' angsting but you Barbara

And Kiwi wouldn't be the same either!

Oh I have to say I don't agree! If the casting was well done (look at Michael Keaton doing Batman, or Toby McGuire as Spiderman) it would work fine! and it wouldn't take away from the original cartoon, it'd just be a completely different animal. sometimes though, I agree, the transistion DOESN'T work (ie The Scoobie Doo or Flintstones movies)

I've always considered Ulrich to really wanna hate Sissi for being an annoying spoiled brat. Like, he finally, after having tolerated Elisabeth's stalking long enough, finally give her a good slap to the face and say to her:

"I DON'T LIKE YOU!! Don't you realize why I walk away from you? You're nothing but a spoiled brat! You're annoying, obsessed and weird! And everywhere I go, you're always there at every turn I take! You've caused me grief and misery ever since I met you. STAY OUT OF MY LIFE!!"

Well, for one, Ulrich would NEVER slap a girl, and I don't think it would occur to him to want to. But I do agree he does think she's a pain, and would rather not have to deal with her.

I think a live action movie would be so cool. But how about during a season when everyone goes home for winter break exept for Aelita, Ulrich, Yumi, Odd, and Jeremie and all of the towers activate at the same time and X.A.N.A attacks with a major snowstorm that effects the entire world. I mean there should be some kind of movie during the sieries.
