Hello Lyoko Freak

Some of you may remember me. Some of you may not. But to put it short, I am your new Admin.

First off, some of you may wish to know how I got to this position. As many know, I’m the brother of former admin TB3. A few weeks ago, he visited me at my University. While here, he stupidly told Firefox to memorize his login details. With the door open, it wasn’t that difficult to covertly learn the admin controls while TB3, the other admins and mods remained blissfully unaware. As of this moment, all previous mods and Admins (Starway, Stephen, Reploid CB, TB3 and Angelbolt) have been either banned or demoted to user level with all their powers stripped, with the following exceptions;

Carth and Stonecreek have agreed to support my regime in return for retaining their moderator privileges, while Mewberries has been demoted to user while I attempt to convince her to become my new head moderator.

To the rest of you I offer an olive branch. I wish to restore LF to greatness, and inject some of the energy the forum has lost. As such, my first order of business is to purge undesirables from the forum.

As a demonstration of intent, I have banned Taelia. More will follow.

You will find me to be a benevolent Admin. I have a definite vision for Lyokofreak and you’ll start seeing big changes for the better very soon. Should you wish, I am now holding a recruitment drive for new Moderators.

I would appreciate it greatly if we could avoid any unpleasantness during this transition period.

Thanks guys for your enthusiastic support so far! I'm optimistic, no, grateful for this and you should be too.

Sure, many of my friends have had to suffer, but they just didn't understand. This is how the world really works- you can't be futzing around with conventional morality when power and the greater good is on the line.

Besides, changes? Everyone knows they want to see Lyokofreak at an activity level consistent with, say, 2005. If he says it, I think he can do it.

Oh well. Anyone who bans Taelia in my eyes is a good person/ruler/overlord.

However, I think it's a little extreme to demote Mew to a regular user, or to ban LQ and HR. I'm not questioning your almighty wisdom, but without you around, how else could the ^, <, v game continue as a staple of our forum society?
