Welcome to LyokoFreak, may I take your soul?
*Removes your soul and takes you on a dissembodied tour*
Down at the bottom we have the Games section, that's where most posts occur, it gets a bit random, but try to stick to the theme.
Next up, we have BKO, it's the only place anything "R" rated is allowed.
Then the General Discussion, for anything you want, such as current news, polls, etc...
4th in line is the Rant, where you post anything you get really mad about, or tell others how to handle the problems they have in the real world.
Above that one you have the Technical Discussion, for problems with the internet, etc.
Next in line, you have two catagories that go practicaly unvisited, Site News and Site Discussion. This is usually just overlooked unless something big happens, like a new catagory being opened.
CL Discussion is above that, and it involves talking about the characters, polls on favorite episodes, and most important the "Let's Talk Tech" which involves people throwing well thought out suggestions as to how the RTTP/Super Computer/possession/scanners all work.
Next is the Episode discussion where you point out inconsistancies between episodes, make new episodes up, etc.
This is followed by the Voice Actors Room. This is where the people who speak the voices for the characters in the show will come to talk to their fans. They don't come often, they are very buissy, and you have to read the entire section to make sure nobody has asked the question already. Just be very polite, and you should have no problems.
Next up is the Fanfiction, where you post and read stories made by members of the forum. They may not all be about Code: Lyoko, and they may not all be any good, but there are a lot of them, so read to your hearts content.
Almost at the top, we have the Fan Art. This is for animated or hand drawn pictures, usually for someone who wants to use the picture in their signature or avatar. Ask at any of the sig shops, and they will make you any picture you want(within reason), for free.
You're already acquanted with the Newbies section, so I'll move right along.
At the very top we have the Rules. These are the single most important texts in the entire forum, because they dictate what you can and CANNOT do in the forum. Most of it is common sense, so you shouldn't have a problem.
Also note that each section has it's own specific rules, and that reading each of these provides a breif refresher course on the standard rules, as well as any restrictions/exceptions the section may contain.

Welcome to Lyokofreak! I see you have already been given the guided tour, so enjoy your stay. Just a few tips:
1) Spell check your work. It REALLY ticks people off if you don't do that.
2) If, someday, you would like Big Kids Only (the R rated section) you have to be at least thirteen. Please edit your first post in this thread to include your age, and possibly more info about yourself.

Here at Lyoko Freak, we're all just a crazy group of friends who just kind of hang out. I see that JeremieCompNerd has already given you a complete tour of the forum. Like Sithking Zero said, if you want access to Big Kids Only, you need to post your age. Big Kids Only is the one place on Lyoko Freak where true craziness and/or insanity occurs. It may seem uncivilized at first, but it's a good place to hang out if you're lonely or have nothing to do.
If Big Kids Only is not for you, some other forums I recommend are the Rant and General Discussion boards.

Welcome to LF, and we're a bit of a crazy bunch. We've got every kind of person from the utmost liberal to the utmost conservative; the really smart guy to the raging, flaming fangirl; fanartists to fanfictionists; and everyone in between! I'm sure you'll make friends here!
And ya, like everyone else said, you'll need your age to get into BKO. But you said you're starting freshman year, so... I highly doubt you're 12. xD; Unless you're like some super, uber genius. THEN you can be 12.
