Not bad, not bad at all! 
However, the upper-left corner is kind of, well, dull- could you add something there?

Very nice on the left side, but the brightness of your grid pattern on the right is kind of annoying. And to be honest, your logo/url thing there doesn't look good at all. I think it needs to be darker, a little smaller, and on the bottom rather than the top. My opinion, anyway.

It's pretty good. Better than I could do (however that's not saying much seeing as how all I can do is collages on MS paint).
