Well, I guess for my Animated Gifs and Crap

A) PhotoImpact 10 Pro
B) It's Photoshop, but Cheaper
C) Make Animated Gifs with it's addons that it comes with. Also draw freehand. (If I ever get a damn Drawing Pad)
D) Yea, That is if you get the pictures you want
E) A 30 day trial that's about it.

is that something that makes everything go Frame by frame? or do you have to manually do it. That's what I do. My Animated Gifs look choppy.

I use frame by frame. My highst frame number is 93 so far ^^

for all my animations I use imageready which comes with photoshop. actually works pretty damn well because it integrates with Photoshop's layer system.

i see :*D I used a .gif document once but It didnt turn out right ^^

Okay, Gifs are good, but they're better for animations.

And Jpegs(JPG) are somewhat good, but they're reeeally more for photos and such.

But they are the top extentions accepted.
