You need to upload it to Photobucket or some similar place (or your own webspace if you're awesome like me and have some) for us to be able to see it.

The only other thing is that Ulrich is kind of, well, rough around the edges (literally xD). Maybe you could find some way to smooth that up? Other than that, it's an avatar worthy of Erynn's gallery! ^_^
