Here's something I wrote on my Wikipedia user page about the story:
New and Improved is a Code Lyoko story trilogy currently being written by Matthew Rozier with some ideas being provided by myself. The premise is this: the five primary protagonists from the regular series get two new additions to their group: Elisabeth Delmas and Jim Moralés, the school snob and PE teacher respectively.
Jim has become a lot nicer and has renounced his strictly-authoritarian ways in favor of being more friendly and caring. He acts as the group's friend and father figure, and has grown to be a very caring man around the students at Kadic. He loves to ruffle his students' hair, especially Jeremie's. In fact, he treats Jeremie like his own son. He also acts as a father figure to Samantha, the girl from the first season episode Rock Bottom. His powers on Lyoko are based around electricity, his weapon is a conductive metal bo, and his vehicle is a tank called the "UnderTank", which reflects his military service from many years ago.
Sissi is now Odd's girlfriend. She has grown to be very kind and less bratty. She loves Odd a lot. She is friends with the five main members; she now considers Ulrich to be "just a friend" and has dropped her rivalry with Yumi. She has also become friends with Odd's ex-girlfriend, Samantha. Her powers on Lyoko are anti-gravity-based, her weapon is also a bo (that can convert itself into a javelin and has the ability to fire darts similar to Odd's) and her vehicle is a customized Overboard.

The kids and Jim decide to put together a club to clean up Paris. But, Xana plots a pollution scheme and attacks the local recycling plant to do the job. In a backstory, the Cinema Club's video project film festival is starting, and Herb and Nicholas make a (unintentionally comical) video.
