Okay, I'm going to attempt to explain this in an even more complicated way than Grand_Commander13, just because I want to show off my Java skills.

Run the program, and you get either an X or a Y. X means he has something nice to say, Y means he doesn't.

Anyway, I believe that Grand_Commander13 is trying to let you know that he has nothing nice to say to you, so he's not saying anything.

Judging inconsistancy! Judge things as a whole if you said that those were the rules. Don't go against them under any circumstance. It's either a 9 or a 10.
