It wasn't as good as expected, and the graphics are just terrible.

Oh, that sucks. I guess that's what you get for a game that took little over 5 months.

Actually I disagree about the graphics. Aside from giving Aelita a visible bellybutton, the cutscenes were just as good as the show. the camera is too far away to show you the Character's faces are polygonal. Additionally, the option menu was full of interactable NPCs. These were all spot on except that they used Sissi's S1-3 sprite for conversation and her S4 outfit for display. The voices were perfect, exepct for Nicolas, who sounded too much like mr. Geczy's speaking voice IMO.


What drove me crazy was teh platforming. You can't mess with the camera at all, and you have to start all over at the next save point...ALL OVER. The upgrade system was terrible unbalanced (Tier 1 upgrade cost for Aelita: 100. Tier 2:...2000?!). Addidtionally, the voices aren't synced right in teh Lyoko cutscenes. At least they got the fighting right for everyone but Ulrich. You end up holding the wiimote trigger and swinging wildly, hoping to get a combo, for him. Plus, the storyline has nothing to do at all with the show's. And, It's absolutely flippin' ridiculous. Chimerea Code? Psh. Plus, Jeremie can remotely deactivate towers. For those who didn't hear, JEREMIE CAN DO ALL THE WORK WHILE YOU HOPELESSLY SLOG THROUGH THE DISAPPEARING WALLS!


For all you William fans out there, they did him justice, clone and pawn. He was absolutely awesome-looking in his scnes and was a decent boss fight.

That would of made it even worse. The Navskid fight scenes (which I forgot to mention) were enjoyable because you could mobe your hand to guid the thingy and lock on to stuff.


Imagine this game split into four pieces quality wise. then you get a multi-port CL:QFI

Seriously, why do they have to quest for Infinity?
