Oh, they're definitely willing. But it's MoonScoop's decision, for the most part. You have no idea how hard it is to make a 30-episode-or-so season of a TV show that requires 2D animation, 3D modeling and animation, voice actors, sound effects, plus new, composed music that us fans will probably bug them to make.

I'm definitely not talking from experience, but if you think about it, we're really lucky to have what we have now. Yes, future endeavors are possible...but I can't say they're completely likely to happen. >>

We all know that the well leads into the past (the Feudal Era) and into Kagome's time. But what if the well lead into an era of time beyond Kagome's era (into the future)? A time where there is advanced technology (such as flying cars).

Now if Inuyasha and the gang as well as demons were present in this new era of time, what would they look like (in their futuristic forms)? Futhermore, what futuristic powers do you think they would possess? Use your imagination in recreating the Feudal Era in a futuristic form (such as new plots, scenarios, etc. that are different from the normal Feudal Era).



I'm predicting that in the new episodes of Inuyasha: The Final Act, that there is going to be a new version of the song "Chimimouryou." The original version of the song had creepy "crawling" noises, creepy opera singing, and frequency shifters (a laser-like sound).

This new version of Chimimouryou is a very strange heavy metal rap-like version which consists of frequency shifters that sound warped, and creepy opera singing that has much more depth and sounds much more creepy. And not only does it have strange heavy metal instruments playing, but also instruments that sort of sound like instruments used in some rap songs.

Also, perhaps this new version of Chimimouryou will have NASA type voices and futuristic intercom type voices in it as well.

If that happens, some random guy will translate it and put subtitles on the bottom, like they did with the Hebrew version of Episode 78 (or whatever language it was).

Well...I don't think I'm planning to read the comics/novels, even if they do come out in English...because again, they're probably gonna be spin-offs. =/ I don't enjoy spin-offs that much, because there's usually no regard for the actual main plot.

I'd have to make an exception for the movies, though, since it's likely that at least two of them will be spin-offs, since they're probably going to take one and make a prequel of Project Carthage and all that other stuff.

Personally, I don't see how that's possible. And if it were, I don't think they would do that well. The movies should be able to stand alone by themselves.

If there are novels, I'm definitely going to read them. Unless they're graphic novels. Because I really don't care much for them, or comics, for that matter. But, as for this awesome possibility of a new movie trilogy, (because it's still a possibility, right?) I find it fantastic. But there are still some CL eppies I haven't been able to see. I guess I'll check 'em out on YouTube at some point.

In other news, a favorite LF member named after a certain spherical cosmic form and a slang term that doubles as a description of bearably low temperature has returned to the site. Can you guess who that is? (hint: look to the left and slightly up from this text for the answer!)

Movies, Novels and a season 5.
so many things to talk about.

I reckon the movies will be background stories or a set up for season 5. These movies are confermed right?

Besides the fact that these movies could be "What-if" stories. I think it would be a past, present, future type of thing.

1) Telling the story of Franz Hopper from working on Carthage to taking Aelita to Lyoko. Way of filling in the gaps.
2) The group holds a secret party a week after defeating XANA, though it is supposed to be a party for just the five of them, when Sissi catches wind of it, all heck breaks loose.
3) Ten years later, Jeremy is worried when he receives an email from an unknown source. Thinking XANA has returned, he recruits his old friends to find out if their old enemy has indeed returned.

The movies would no doubt answer some, if not all, the questions fans have. Of course, that is IF the movies are being made.
