When Jim was a child...

What did Jim Morales look like when he was his students' age? We get some clue about his childhood in the series, but nothing certain and in-your-face...

Jim as a child is irrelevant to the series plot at all. Not something I'd want or care to see.

And even if it was shown, it wouldn't be shown without some (good or bad) comedy relief.

I doubt that he'd want to talk about it. :)
I really gotta fix up this theme

While I do agree that Jim's childhood is irrelevant to the series, some idea about his past might give some insight to his character. For one, I think I can conclude that he's clearly not satisfied with his life, or else did not achieve all that he desired. This guy's run through about thirty jobs in what we can assume was a very short period of time (if his claim that he's been at Kadic as a gym teacher for 20 years is correct), and is very reluctant to talk about all of them. And look at his nephew- he found his niche AND became an international superstar, and he's, what, twenty-one? Proud uncle or not on the outside, that must really be a thorn in his side sometimes.

And why couldn't he succeed? Well, he's an idiot. That was all largely irrelevant to the topic. But, yanno...Jim.

Agreed. For all we know, he could have been an Irish step dancer when he was thirteen! XD

Confirming what my AU says about Jim, he was quite the rebel/bad boy when he was William's age.

I do - and yet, really, really don't - want to see fanart of that now. My brain will never be the same.

It's all very scientifical. |D

I wouldn't mind it if they HAD to do a sitcom and it ended up being something like "Morales in the Middle".

One the few clues from the big guy himself.

To quote from Ep. 53 "Straight to Heart":
Jim: Well, after all I was young once too.
Odd: No kidding! I wonder what you were like?
Jim: I had blond curly hair and uuhh… and I would rather not talk about it. Now get out of here!
Odd: [laughs and runs away]

I've always wondered that too. Yes, he's a side character, but still. for instance:

Why wasn't he happy? What doesn't he want to talk about?

And what was with the band aid on his face? My dad asked me once, and I had/have no idea. :*D

Just watch, Jim is going to get his own side series, and it's going to be about his childhood.

And somehow going to relate to Lyoko and Franz-darling… and…

I think I just got a story idea, hmm…

Ohman.

I'll bet jims biography could make a spin off series of itself.
among other things, he was probably a Steve Erwin type at one point. I bet he was super cool with the ladies also
