After reading certain thread on CL Discussions, I have in mind a new XANA attack:
Let's say after Aelita is materialized into Earth, but still with the virus. And let's picture that XANA shuts itself by a robot, and Aelita dies. Then the saem robot reactivates XANA again, but Aelita already dead.

ok, my turn, and you cant steal it for use in fanffics cause im already using it in mine! mweeheehee!
XANA can take control of a microwave dish and change the vibratory harmonics of the town, allowing him to control the flight patterns and behaviours of bees, therefore setting large swarms on innocent people
bees fly by flapping their wings so hard that it creates a vibratory current that they can fly on.
so by taking control of a dish and changing those harmonics, he can control where and how the bees fly
its not just science! its fun!

Isn't that more how they navigate than how they actually fly?

The problem with that is that he's already controlled a hive of hornets and that didn't stop Team Lyoko... ("Swarming Attack")
I agree on one point, though; turning the scanners off should be simpler than recoding the program so that they can't return to Earth after devirtualization. However, the YumiClone tried to destroy the scanners, and XANA's robot took the control room apart (Jeremy and Odd put it back together...)

speaking of using sounds, i saw on this show called brainiac science abuse that theres a sound that makes anyone who hears it crap their pants instantly, maybe xana could use that !

In South Park (enlgish version), they censore the insults... but not in spanish version.

Ok, how about this: someone brings a toy robot to school, something in the Power Ranger Megazord style. Xana snags it and the Robot seperates and scatters.
And the peices are starting to grow...
Or, given what Alpha-Omega said about disease:
Yumi gets the flu, which Xana mutates and which promptly rips through the school population like wildfire. Only those with the unmutated flu are immune... including Alieta and Jeremy, but not Ulrich or Odd...
Or...
Xana discovers a way to snag people in real life and transport them (body mind and soul) to Lyoko. However, due to a flaw in the process, Xana can only transport people who are asleep...starting with Yumi. Worse, because she didn't go through the scanners, she's in a virtual version of her original form, not her battle form...and if she's killed, she'll be deleted.

Sounds somehow similar to that Samurai Yumi brought at Kadic and the Terminator lookalike robot from the episode where Iron Sissi and Kiwi 2 appeared (episode with most robots, btw).

ive replied to a forum similar to this and i give this XANA attack credit where credit is due. im updating something i saw in a movie called "Ghost in the Machine."
infect all of the microwaves in the city and make them all turn on and make the microwave count go off the chart. when there is enough power to disperse the deadly radiation, open up the microwave doors but dont turn off the microwave. the result is that the microwaves fry EVERYTHING in the city. but while the microwaves are charging... activate another tower and materialize freylons to gaurd the factory untill your plan can come into action. have them dump acid to all of the major entrances so that Team Lyoko can't get in. then when the microwaves are ready: GAME OVER.
