I don't know if anyone knows but I kind of made an interesting little discovery, I was watching the End Credits on one of the CL DVDs and I saw something interested so I rewinded the DVD and paused and I found out that the 2-D Animation sequences in Code Lyoko are made from an Animation company in Hong Kong called Limited Fantasia.

Not quite - you misread the sequencing on the end credits - the company is Animation Services (Hong Kong) Ltd.
