What is the history behind Aelita's "royal" nickname, "Princess"? Do they use it in the French version?

Probably, I think it is just a name because Franz is the "king" and he did say that they would be the masters of Lyoko, plus she holds half the keys, so she's really important. And Odd is weird ^^

The "princess" thing... might be just a compliment from Odd.

Yeah, Princess is just a nickname that Odd gave her, but it does have meaning behind it (she is the ruler of Lyoko).

Maybe Odd's a fan of Modesty Blaise? Willie Garvin usually calls Modesty "Princess".

Or maybe it's a Down Under thing (Willie Garvin is Australian), reinforcing the idea that Odd is from New Zealand... :D

No one knows where Odd is from (I think he's from Norway). 'Princess' is just a nickname! Do ANY nicknames make sence? And it was ODD!

Yeah, Odd came up with it and it just stuck. Now she is know to the group as 'Princess'. ;)
