I have translated the French version of the Code Lyoko theme song into English, and I found it completely different from the English version:

There is a world, virtual and different.
Each second, it's true that we're combattants.
Our sole hope is to reprogram it all.

Chorus 1:

To provide a chance to erase it all.

Pretty much a known, not to mention easy to figure out by taking the French lyrics and putting it through MS word translator or Babelfish. But I'd like to see you try and get that into English and replace it with synonomous phrases to where it rhymed, with a similar amount of syllables, that follows the beat, and actually sound decent. You won't find many songs like that, its a standard practice when dubbing songs, even with other countries (you should hear the dub version of the 1980's TMNT in French or Japanese). Probably the only song I've ever thought that seemed good under an accurate (I think) English translation was the ending theme to some anime called Magikano.
