Well I was playing halo 2 last night .Games.That were there would of got most of the ideas.Ulrich looks like a biker ,yumi Ghost in the shell or something like that.aeltia*start's dreaming*well something like something but I can't put my finger to it.

I still wonder why the changes were made.... not that I hate them or anything, everyone looks awesome! I'm just curious as to why the designs were changed....

Am I the only one who thinks these season 4 designs look like bad Photoshops? I thought at first someone had stuck Prince Zuko's (Avatar) on Ulirch's head. Aelita's 2d image looks blatantly ridiculous. The whole thing reeks of phony, and if it doesn't, then the creators need to take a serious look at themselves and ask if they can do better.

And the fact the they're in 2D so...it looks horrible from there. Yes I agree but it will look awesome when finished.

In regard to people asking me why I dislike the season 4 outfits, I have two reasons:

1. I'm not keen on change. I always expect the worst to come of a drastic change

2. In my opinion, I think Moonscoop has done a Power Rangers on us. Every season, a new threat encounters the Rangers, and they must get: A new Mega-zoid twice as powerful as the one before! New suits to match their new zoid's appearance! New Powers! New weapons! New friends! New locations! New friends! etc etc.

While I admit that I knew that season 4 will transform everything...heck, I even saw concept art for it at Moonscoop HQ! And no I won't say anything. But I find messing with the basics, with what we've gotten used to, isn't a good idea

Another thing: Is it me, or am I the only one who doesn't like the outfits?

Seriously, too drastic a change can be bad, I understand, but moonscoop is just trying to do something nice for us by freshing up the look a little and keeping the show progressing on a visual as well as writing level. Think about it, would this show be any good if we were still in the stagnant repitition that was season one? Of course not. Have a little faith and as usual they'll pull through for us.

True .Changing the outfits has made CL a bit random,The characters are lookin more likre different .well. things .Ulrich looks like something out of Ghost reacon advance warfare with the sight eye thing and the biker suit odd well is at the next stage .Yumi has toally lose the japanese look and now something out of a orther manga show , neon something or raxephon .Aeltia well they have lost the look and gone for a toally different look.and william look cooler out of the lot.I feel that started to lose intrest in Code lyoko now .It's gone to the next exemtrre .Which for me is scarying me .

Well As for the changes here is my likes/dislikes(BASED soley on the 2d Images):

Likes:

Aelita: Whole New Look, Old one was better IMO, but this is good. She is the only one with an armored suit. A very nice battle suit.

Yumi: The Red fans.

Ulrich: Duel Weilding blades now.

Odd: Looks like he can send you flying from one punch with those claws.. RAAWR.

Dislikes:

Aelita: I dont mind her changes so much, it's just how they had her look in the picture. All Tee heee with a big goofy smile.

Yumi: NOTHING is the same! Her outfit, facial features, heck even her Weapons are different! I defentaly dislike the shoes..

Ulrich: I dont understand the eyepatch thing, and miss the headband, sort of miss the swords sheath, or watever it was called.

Odd: The weird ear things, and his shoes...

Well thats my opinions, but i could completly change my mind when we see them 3D.

I personally find it a little unusual, but it looks pretty nice. Odd's arms look weird, and I seriously dislike Aelita's and Odd's ears in the 2D versions, but that's about it.

Based on the clearer, 2D models (which I doubt will be used in the cartoon, but are merely their as a representation), they look pretty nice. As I already stated, the only thing I dislike are the ears of Aelita and Odd. However, I also do not care for Ulrich's 2D version.

Really, though, the differences between versions are minimal. They still look relatively the same--the outfits simply look slightly different. That's the only difference I see.

Oh, and TL, I have a notification for you. The enemy has never changed between seasons--it was always the same person. The objectives of the crew is the only thing that has changed. Even in Season 4, the enemy is still the same--but now he's in possession of a stable form.

As for models for their being no models of other characters, if they DO get their own forms, it is likely that Moonscoop decided not to put it on the same one. I doubt they'd want info like that to get leaked and spoil the whole story. Just wait until the season airs and then determine if someone else gets virtualized.

Now I can tell he is scrawny. ^_^ Hey guys, don't shoot the whole tree down. At least leave the stump. After all it is 2D and something tells me when it's in 3D it will look better. (I agree with Aelita's ears....Well I'm not the animator/drawer. But I think with Odd having them, it makes him...cute.)

Stonecreek doesn't, apparently. Various people have a few doubts, but overall I think the forum response is positive.

It's 'Zords', by the way. Zoids is a different series entirely. And the Lyoko Warriors haven't had their first Mecha series yet (something I'd love to see, even if they only use their Robo occasionally)

New friends (twice!) might be interesting, done right. Johnny was... interesting, in a car crash sort of way (poor little guy!)

While theres nothing wrong with being scared of change, you have to admit the basics are pretty much wrecked at this point (Lyoko is gone). XANA's still the villlian, though he's finally got that body a few of us have been wanting for him. The Warriors are gonna have to adapt to the new situation and hopefully get back on top; I don't think I can take another season of the Warriors losing ground Sector by Sector.

True. But I personally like the new outfits. I think it makes them look more high-tech. More ready to defend the internet.

I could tell once William got to Lyoko that he was gonna turn evil, simply because his design was so radically different from everyone elses design. His design is more tech-ish, you know? And in a world where everyone is based on more classic, fantasy, and nature-based designs, he was a severe difference from the norm. Then, he pretty much wipes out the whole gang in one go, proving that they need upgrades bad.

And with new types of adventures come new looks, am I correct? Their transition to the internet facilitates change in the whole concept of the show.

Though if XANA tries to destroy Lyokofreak, I'm going in personally. .
