Is S4 gonna be the final season?

Just to repeat what I've said before, these are the confirmed French release dates, and I assume the US release will paralell them:

SEASON THREE: 15 episodes, airing in September 2006
SEASON FOUR: 30 episodes, to be released in two blocks of 15, the first in March 2007, the second at 'the end' of 2007

I bet therefore that we'll have 3 story arcs ahead of us, and if you think it through, this release schedule means we might well be waiting for CL's finale in 2008! The next year I reckon, is gonna be awesome!

If the show does end after S4, one thing I don't want to happen is for it to go down the path of Transformers, spin off shows (or films) to promote new toys.

Beast Wars
Beast Wars II (never made it out of Japan)
Beast Machines
Transformers: Robots In Disguise
Transformers: Armada
Transformers: Energon
Transformers: Cybertron

The list also includes countless other Japanese Shows. And a live action movie of Generation one is being made. YAY!

If the fifth season ties up loose ends in, say, four or five episodes, then by all means, let there be five. So long as the fifth version doesn't end up like some other shows, (Here's looking at you, Simpsons) it would be fine.

I don't think I'd watch Season five if it showed anymore of Lyoko, though. I'd want it to show how each of the characters' lives ended up; each episode would be named after the character they feature, like "The Story of Aelita", "The Story of Jeremie", etc.

And this is all speculation. It depends on how succesful it goes or if Jerome Mouscadet says "it's over" to CL.

well while I agree that all shows must die (except the simpsons, they shall live forever) I think that the yu-gi-o/yu-gi-o gx thing is a good point as well after the gang leaves kadic, what if the supercomputer starts back up etc.... the show would jump the shark almost immediately but it would go on. in other words, this show I predict will be a lot like dragon ball z, the original, with the core fans, then the new series, that go on and on and are milked by every merchandiser in the world, until it fades into the dust with pokemon, DBZ, Rugrats, and countless other shows, but after season 4 it will be basically done, and be just another kids show, milked up to and beyond the brink of destruction, past the point of no return, because although if there is a movie it will probably be good, the episode of happy days in which the fonz jumped the shark was good too. at the end of the movie or the begining of S5 CL will be dead




P.S. I am saying this because I can't stand to enjoy a TV show this much, when CL dies I can go back to my books

Season 3...Im expecting a new groupie, and the shippings to get more defined...things are too unclear at the end of season 2, new monsters and other suprises.

Season 4...If it really is the end...then they should wind things down peacefully, and showing the kids moving on but still staying friends ya know.

Admittedly, I think that redoing the series or changing it would be a horrible idea. That's why I hate Yu-Gi-Oh GX. Changing such things would ruin the show's intention, style, and feeling.

Anyway, I do think Season 4 should be the final season. Otherwise, the show will simply be dragging. However, I doubt that it will be the final season.

Now if the writers can't write everymore .Why not ask us guys I got a few eps in mind but I know you guys have got some amazing eps in mind aswell someone tell the voice actors that I hope they tell the eps to them .That if there ask ok.
