I find Odd's picture with the shield somehow strange... I think it got improved, just like his laser arrows did.

And I reckon it's kinda mean to make this as an image file to prevent anyone else using it - having an exclusive is one thing, but denying any English translation is also kinda cruel.

First, serve the country of origin. Then, go worldwide. I also thought that CL should have ended first in France instead of getting the US seeing the finale before the French did.

Now the expectations for Season 3 are begining to grow... now I hope somebody gets a video soon.

Mewberries you mentioned a person named Waldo Schaeffer. I found that very interesting because my last name is spelled Schaefer which is German for 'shepard'. Could his name be hinting that he 'shepard' Franz Hopper? Maybe this Waldo person was Hopper's teacher?

Well we've known the name 'Waldo Schaeffer' for a while - the folder seen in the S2 end credits with pictures of Franz in it was labelled 'Waldo Schaeffer' - one theory is that either this is an alias Franz uses, or 'Franz Hopper' is the alias, and Waldo is his real name.

The other theory is that Mr. Schaeffer is the man reading the file - who that could be remains unanswered...for now that is!

those pictures are just downright cool...there are so many speculations that come to my mind as to what season 3 holds...this gives us a small glimpse of the near future...I cant wait to see if my theories and guesses are somewhat correct.

Now this paragraph ends on a very intriguing note. It is mentioned that the Panini Sticker Book sold in France contained a small blurb about the Prequel. The book, roughly translated, contained this sum-up:

"Our 4 heros meet eachother at Kadic Academy and quickly become friends. They discover and reactivate by accident a supercomputer which, in effect, reactivates Lyoko, a virtual world. After discovering the scanners, our heros prepare for their first dive into Lyoko and meet a young virtual girl."

So...this means...if this is to be taken as a spoiler of sorts, that the group found the Factory by accident and that the SuperComputer had been "shut off" in a sense before they found it and accidentally reactivated.

And this prequel/S3 stuff etc. is awesome - I'm feeling the good old twisting in my stomach that I last felt oh...(thinks)...last December, when Carthage shut down and XANA activitated all those towers!

Umm, the most obvious answer is so that we don't know the outcome of the Season before it airs!

My first post gives a sum-up of the season 3 stuff in the article. It's not a word-for-word translation, but it does give you the jist of the information being presented.

...somebody on TV.com translated some of it. (I'm SERIOUSLY doubting if it's 100% right though, people at TV.com tend to mess things up a lot. No offense to them.)

The basic rundown is, according to them: new powers, new members of the gang, new characters, Milly and Tamiya participating more in the plot, William not showing up as much (mental images of U/Y supporters celebrating), barely any romantic episodes and that Season 4 will most likely be the last season although it's not confirmed.

I feel as giddy as a grapefruit after writing that, but one thing that's puzzling is 'The prequel of CL will ocurr on the first epis of season 3 (it will come here in the form of a OVA)!!!'. Mmmhm, I don't understand it either. xD;;

Once again, seriously doubting if that's right.
