Noo. That is not Logbook. I would know, UK's played it at least 23 times, and that's not made up on the spot. 'Sides, the art improved during S2, and that image is WAYYYHAY too shiny to be S1. This is coming from someone who hasn't seen the second half of S2, though.

...pardon my French but what the CRAIC is Squirrel Boy? xD;; (Craic isn't a swear, it's NIrish slang for... umm, it's just not a swear, k. xP)

Squirrel Boy is CN's newest show. It's about a boy and his pet squirrel, I believe. ^^

^^ Awww, it's just some general excitement we're all expressing. We've had to wait quite a few months already afterall. It's actually a good sign that all of us are so excited and eager for it...it means our interest hasn't waned in it.

Actually with some recent news digging ive been doing on the matter, it seems a certain source has claimed that s3 should be airing a mere few weeks after the french airing which happens beginning of september so say october for good measure. Sadly I cannot name this source at this point due to the massive number of sites I have dug through trying to find anything on the s3 airing date here in the US. You kinda lose track. Plus I cannot completely verify this claim as being true. BUT I was reading back through this thread and mewberries estimate (or it may have been someone elses. correct me on this please.) of february is off the mark. That was reffering to a season 2 dvd being released and not s3 being aired.

Reason I point these kinds of things out is ive recently garnered a vested interest in catching the s3 eps the moment they air so I have been doing my major homework here trying to find this stuff out ahead of time.

Heh...well, the only way that'd be truly possible is if you were to not visit LF (or at least this thread at least) until season 3 aired...it's kind of not going to be avoidable (especially since excitment isn't against the rules except when it's bordering on spam). ^^;

That was me...but it was figured out long ago that it was the release date of the first season 2 DVD as opposed to season 3. ^^

LyokoCode.com has posted that the official date of season 3's release in France is the 9th of September. The US will likely get it some time after that.

The US season 1 airdate was in May. France's was sometime in April.

This is more mimicking season 2's release pattern, I believe...which would be nice because then that means that we get the new season not long after they do. (Although, I do feel it's fair that they get first dibs...it's their show afterall. ^^)

Small problem with that... Though they get first dibs, we will get the majority of the new episodes first, if season two is any example. I mean, we got through "The Key" in mid-december, when they were showing "St. Valentines Day."

Season 2 might be a special exception though. For season 2 they did the guide track voices (the ones the animators use to lip synch the drawings too) in English first as opposed to doing them in French, like in season 1. This resulted in the lips matching an english dub much better, but also resulted in alot of the episodes getting done in English first as opposed to French (which explains why season 2 eventually aired quicker here, in addition to the schedule it had).

This season however, the guide track voices have gone back to being recorded in French first, as opposed to English, I believe. I seem to recall one of the VAs (I think it was either Mr. Geczy, Mr. Gasman, or Ms. Forrest), mentioning that on their thread.

I wonder if the voices will match up with the lips as well..or will it go back to being slightly off again?...either way it will still be enjoyable.

Well, I remember in TeddyGodzilla that happened, Sissy's lip movements did not quite match up all the way.

At least, I would like to think so. Eh, whenever S3 airs we'll be ready. (As long as I do my homework, I can't do anything until my work is done )

Look at well... Moonscoop announced a diffusion with 8h10. An episode of Lyoko Code lasts 23 minutes, Toowam finishes has [at] 8h55... pile [plenty of] time to pass two episodes! France 3 will surely make like last year with season 2, by diffusing [joining] the last episode of the season (Reminiscence) + the first episode of season 3, but nothing is sure... In all cases, as France 3 was never very precise on the schedules (remember for season 2), we advise you to be in front of your tele 5 minutes before... if ^^

Uh... Was Reminiscence the French title of "The Key?"

I'd be surprised if the vortex was still there. Give Xana at least a week or two (maybe a couple of months at most) to figure himself out now he's out and I'm sure he'll be on the prowl again soon enough.

I personally think that maybe they were sparring against one another. I mean, all three clones seem to be fairly intelegent from what we've seen in other episodes, so maybe it was a Lyoko training exercise!
