well speaking of season 5, ive got....somewhat of news regarding it, this comes from the french website and it took me awhile to figure out what it meant so here you go
according to the website, moonscoope has everything ready for both the films and season 5, france 3 said they would fund it, but canal j is still undecided, season 4 turned out some apperent major profit for the show.. so the only thing left is for france 3 and canal j to give them the green light. canal j is somewhat leaning toward yes, but they need to make sure that this wont be a floop. so both canal j and france 3 are saying that the future of season 5 is now up to the fans, that means if people continue to show support for the show then thier will be a green light in the future. on france 3's website thier is a poll going on to see what people favorite shows is, with many shows like scooby doo. ben 10 and of course, cl. so far cl is in the lead with 33% with the second place one with only 12%
now im not sure what this means, or if thier will be a similar poll on cartoon network, or were cartoon network stands during all of this, but i just thought id post thsi to let you guys now that thier is somewhat progress in the matter, if anything comes up il keep you posted....

I didn’t figure you guys would Appreciate this as much as you have. I was reluctant to post it as i thought you guys wouldn’t care much for polls and such. Boy was I wrong.

We link French stuff all the time. After all, they tended to get news first, and many of us either speak French or know about Babelfish,etc.
Still, I'm worried that CN won't be very supportive of a Season 5, seeing how they handled the end of S4. Though maybe Kabillion would get it.

Yeah. If they have a perfectly good way of distributing the episodes without going to a third party, why have the third party at all? Keep it within themselves, don't screw stuff up, everyone goes home happy.
Of course, from what little handle Kabillion has had on CL so far, they've been a bit haphazard as well...eh. I'm too judgemental.

Well Hopefully cartoon network will see the results from this and possibly try their own poll, or maybe instead of cartoon network they will move to a different network. Kabillion seems a bit to shallow in my view. any ways as long as its okay with every one then heres the site

@Carth: Actually, I think I've seen a lot of those shows on American networks. Not all, but well over half.
That "Mikido" or whatnot... does that girl look like that Miguzi girl?

Exactly what I'm thinking. I hope it'll be a well-handled, plot-filled explanation of all the unsolved mysteries that were set in front of us in S2 (what is Project Carthage? What did Franz/Waldo do to get chased by the MIB?) and not just more of the same. (I'm also hoping that they don't replace the characters...that would just be...not right. o.o)
