I can't say how popular it is - what I can say is that it makes a LOT of money. None of the developments that have transformed Antefilms to the titan that is Moonscoop would have occured were it not for the financial sucess of CL and the megabucks it raked in.

Antefilms merged with another firm (France Animation) and formed the Moonscoop Group.
There still is a subsidy group called Antefilms Studios - it is owned by Moonscoop, and consists of the 3D Animation Studio, based in Angloueme in southern France.
Don't forget Taffy Entertainment that is also part of the Moonscoop group!
I'm also too lazy to read over the last couple of pages, but what is this going around about CL being cancelled?

Taelia wrote:"As most of the American fans of the popular Gaelic toon 'Code Lyoko' know, the show that has rivaled such shows as Full Metal Alchemist and Pokemon in popularity is about to enter its fourth season. But as was revealed by voice actor David Gasman (who does the voice of the diabolical computer virus 'XANA' on the show), the story was a bit deeper than the show itself. After much deliberation, the cast has been set for season four of Code Lyoko to be preceeded by a special Code Lyoko full-length movie event. The movie will be released simultaniously in France (where the show originated) and North America, drawing appreciation from the French fans, whose release date for the season was postponed until August."
A full-length movie?!This could be a great one, unlike "XANA Awakens". And Pokemon has 9 seasons.

Ummm...Taelia...where did you get that info from? ^^;
...And why do I feel like it was something I remember reading once before...like pre-season 3? *sweatdrops*

But let's just hope that Season 4 is not the case and has good unexpected surpises. But however, I am thinking there might be at least one disappointing surprise. For some reason, I have this feeling that after William destroyed the core of Lyoko, he was quickly saved by Franz Hopper and was separated from his evil counterpart and that in place of the real William (who was saved and is no longer possessed) Xana put an evil William (who was shown floating in outer virtual space). Meaning that the real William is somewhere safe on Lyoko and is safely captured by one of Franz Hopper's Guardians while Xana has the whole gang tricked into thinking that they have to go easy on Xana William (since the gang is unaware that this is a fake William and that they think it is the real William possessed by Xana).

Look at the guy on the far right. He looks familiar, don't you think? Focus on the bushy eyebrows, neatly combed hair and mustache. Could that be a less-grey, younger Jean Pierre Delmas? It hasn't, like, sparked a revelation about Jean-Pierre's character for me, but hey you never know.
