Any version of the song, "Holding Out For A Hero" makes me think of Team Lyoko's heroics, particularly on Aelita's behalf. I favor the version by Frou Frou, since it sounds so techno-ish, but the version by Jennifer Saunders (as heard in Shrek 2) could have some wicked action scenes played to it.

-"Destroy She Said" by Circ << it just kinda does. Dunno why.
-"Everytime We Touch" by Cascada << It's a good romance song. It's kinda techno/dance-ey and I want to make a CL AMV about Jeremie and Aelita with that.. but.. I don't have any film >.<
-"Silicon World" by Eiffel 65 << Ehh.. Couldn't help it. I'm a total Eiffel fan (even though they broke up! lol)

For some reason, "Bite the Hand that Feeds" by someone I don't know the name of always reminds me of Odd. Though it doesn't fit him at all.

"Every Time We Touch" by Cascade (or Cascada) reminds me of Jer/Aelita, from Aelita's point of view.

For me, it's not that songs remind me of Lyoko. More like pondering the show and the characters make me think of songs. I think it depends on which character I'm thinking of, and then the songs come into my head, and then it's more like what I think they listen to than what they make me think of. Ok, that's confusing. On to the examples!

Yumi, I think, likes industrial music, not necessarily goth, just something raw and hard, not always with vocals, and maybe sometimes with the full orchestral backup.

Ulrich likes the music from when I was in high school, a lot of Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and Alice in Chains.

Odd, I really thyink he'll tolerate anything, but for some reason the Odd in my head leans towards Psapp, Mates of State, Belle and Sabastian, and other indie-type bands.

Aelita probably listens to some chickbands, Frou Frou, Sarah McLachlan, Jewel, etx.

Jeremie listens to top-40! LOL

That was fun. Now I want to listen to all my music instead of going to work. *G*

We know from "Final Mix" that Aelita likes techno. I thought that she might add a theramin to her turntable setup and interject spooky theramin music into the mix.

Odd's taste in music is well documented. Anything bizarre.

The problem I have is that whenever I listen to a song I automatically file it alongside a character depending on the lyrics or the tune.

For example I was listening to the soundtrack for the 1985 Transformers Movie the other day and this happened with some of the lyrics;
