the miguzi affect

So I tell my friends who like anime about code lyoko, and once they hear its on miguzi they have doubts, but they still give it a chance. Until the first commercial break they're all like "meh" but once they see the fat green alien with down syndrome any any chance they had of liking the show is gone =\, can anyone else relate to this?

i have to give this a "somewhat". the only reason is that ive already got to liking CL and forgive miguzi enough to watch it. but yes, miguzi does have that "meh" effect to it.
