Relation of Aelita/Franz H

Did any of you guys ever think that the reason for Aelita's 'come and go' memories (especially at the 'Hermitage') are because she is really Franz Hopper's daughter? Perhaps Dad marooned her on Lyoko and 'cloaked' her memory somehow so XANA could not get to it if he got to her? And I think Franz himself is being held somewhere on Lyoko by XANA, however, he is in an area as yet undiscovered. Something like .Hack//sign's The World's regions like the Net Junkyard for example. Sound feasible? Thanks--K&K

Hi Angel Bolt Star Fighter--You sound like Raven from the Teen Titans when she had asked Doctor Light that same question and then scared the devil outta him! Anyway I do believe that Hopper was developing XANA for the government and then he discovered (natch!) that they wanted XANA for a weapon. He tried to destroy it and well XANA took over like Colossus in the Forbin Project (an old Eric Braeden flick. Remember him as Deitrich in the Rat patrol but then his name was Hans Gudegast. I recall him as EB on the Bold and the Beautiful soap awhile back too.). Lyoko is quite similar (setwise) to TRON the old Disney flick about a guy inside his computer! I think that was Jeff or Beau Bridges in that one.

Well, hope we get some answers soon. Maybe Friday the 9th when we see the final ep of Season 2 will give us a few clues, eh? See ya soon pal.-K&K

Anyways, Once you think about it, It's the most likely idea out there.
And mostly everyone supports it.

I came up with a complex theory that the name was a tribute to Hopper's wife, who I imagined to be of Russian/Franco stock (thus the name Aelita for their daughter).

So, if you have a name like Amilee Okolovitch Hopper, you combine the 'Lee' from Amilee (which could have been a nick-name), with 'Oko' from Okolovitch (this is an actual Eastern European surname) and you get 'Lee-Oko.'

Respell it to get a better roll off the tounge and you get 'Lyoko.'

I think that may have something to do with it.
