CL Transcripts

I've finished the first one! As you can see from the title of this, I'm attempting at making transcripts for this show. This is actually the third one I've done, but I want to put them up in order. Hopefully I'll get the DVDs soon so I'll be able to do this easier. I can't even record them that easily because they play the show an hour before I get home from school.

Just so you know, Carth_upon_a_star, I didn't ignore your suggestion about adding opinions. It's just that it would not only take me twice as long to get this done, but I'd probably be shot for what I have to say. I did add some notes for mistakes I noticed, though.

Now that I'm done ranting, here you go. Enjoy!

Nice try, Zeakari. But Carth did it first, so I think this topic has served it's purpose. Next time you wanna try other CL transcripts, do it at Carth's old thread.

I actually think...that since this is a true-to-the word transcript of the English version episodes, (and Carth's is a French-to-English version, with author's inserts and sarcasm interspersed in it), that it qualifies as a separate sort of thread. I believe Carth discontinued her transcripts anyway, and this is an active project of Zeakari's (just read her Devpage for info).

So...if it's not too much of an eyesore and since this is an active, on-going and mildly different thread from Carth's, I'd say it could be allowed to stay open.

I think TB3 made a good suggestion about linking them up though...but since it's not fanfiction it's not an absolute. If you can Zeakari, that would be really great though.

And Rodri...can't we be a little bit more friendly? Zeakari's a really good pal from DA...she's just trying to do a nice fan service. She's not trying to make duplicate threads or anything. ^^

^^; Well...actually, the decision is ultimately up to StarWay. If she feels the thread is superflous, than that is that.

But really...these are word for word transcripts that alot of work was put into. If Zeakari consents...StarWay could even put them on her site. Then LF'd really be the English equivalent of LyokoCode (not that LF isn't already, of course). ^.^ This could become a major drawing indeed!

Especially since I hear Zeakari's doing season 2 transcripts...which no one has anywhere else. ^^

Oh wow! ^^; I didn't realize this would cause a bit of commotion. The only other place that I can put these up on and link to si Deviantart, but I was hesitant on doing that. If I have to, I will, though. Probably be a lot better.

Please don't feel as if I've abandoned this project if I don't come up with any sometime soon. Not only do they take forever each to do, but I have virtually no access to any of the episodes right now. I can't even record them because my stupid VCR won't work.

Sorry, about that. *sweatdrops* I remembered the French-to-English ones the most since they had all of the funny author thoughts in them and notes about the strange translations. I forgot you'd done a plain English one as well, which also had some added fun author notes and quotations.

I apologize if I did. I didn't mean anything rude by mentioning the "author notes and sarcasm". I was merely pointing out that they had indeed been included in the French-to-English one (and a little bit in the direct English one). I personally found them amusing. ^_^ I was only pointing out that Carth's had them and Zeakari's didn't. Nothing more than that, truly. I would never put down another person's hard work ever.

Thank you all for your support! I'd like to know, though. Where are these transcripts you keep talking about? Mostly, the reason why I started this was because I couldn't find any in the first place. Mind, I'm probably still going to transcribe but I'd just like to know.
