Jeremie/Aelita or Ulrich/Yumi? Im gonna go with Ulrich/Yumi cause its a drama filled withdrawn feelings waiting to be released relationship whereas Jeremie/Aelita is more out there.

I don't care either way. I like them both. They are both cute. But Ulrich/Yumi more. I guess. I just saw them first when Emma was telling me about the show.

The irrepresible romantic in me leans toward J/A, especially since the most romantic moments in the show are Aelita resucing Jeremy from limbo in "Frontier", Jeremy and Aelita's parting lines before Jeremy was virtualized in "Ghost Channel", and Aelita rescuing Jeremy (and the others) from XANAland in "Ghost Channel"
Actually, that last scene reminds me of the calling of Halloran in The Shining (the Stephen King novel; I don't remember the scene from the Kubrick movie...)
EDIT: What makes this really strange is that my favourite character is Yumi...

I used to like U/Y a lot because I thought it was so sweet... now, after reading crappy romance fanfic after crappy romance fanfic, it just seems boring and cliched. That's not to say that it isn't a good couple, of course. It just gets on my nerves after a while.
J/A is my prefered couple out of the two because fewer people are into it, and it's not quite as overdone. (Also, I have a crush on Jeremie... *cough cough*)
As interesting as canon couples are, I personally like non-canon couples better because they explore relationships that haven't yet been dealt with. I like the variety there.

J and A....it's more likely to truly succeed, unlike Ulrich's and Yumi's which I think won't last more than a couple of months at best

Jeremie and Aelita, because they have to endure loving each other in different worlds. And because Jeremie is so sweet, Aelita is so innocent, and that makes it even cuter.

J/A, i dont really like the idea of these gay, lesbian fanfics, i havnt read one yet, and proberbly never will, unless im that bored
anyway i have been away for a while and i missed the most recent episodes, this is becouse i went to portsmouth for a week, and becouse one of my freinds spends all the time round my house, its driving me insane, he went with my family to the cinema today, he has some nerve... but anyway [yes i should see a phyciatrist, actually i nearly had to see a phyciatrist for Kleptomania]
anyway, i have never taken much interest in U/Y, or any other of these stupid U/O or Y/A couplings
